Enhancement Of Existing Variable Refrigerant Flow System Tender Notice
Description
Enhancement of the existing Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) System of 38 TR including supply, installation, testing, commissioning and after-sales service support. Electronic bids are invited from authorized distributors, suppliers and service providers registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, appearing on the Active Taxpayers List and registered on EPADS. Bids shall be submitted through EPADS with the original bid security in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft and hard copy of the bidding documents. Electronic bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. This procurement covers VRF system, HVAC, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration equipment, cooling system, climate control and mechanical installation services, helping qualified HVAC contractors identify the opportunity through commonly used industry terminology while remaining consistent with the advertised scope.
