Restaurant Fast Food Counters License Auction Tender Notice
Description
Auction for licensing Restaurant No. 1 at Platform No. 4 along with two fast food counters at Platforms No. 4 and 5 of Lahore Railway Station. Interested individuals, firms and companies may obtain bidding documents upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000. Bidding shall be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure requiring separate Technical and Financial Proposals. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Rs. 400,000 in the form of Pay Order submitted with the Technical Proposal. Technical Proposals will be opened at 11:30 AM while Financial Proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened later on a separately communicated date and time. The license period shall be three years, extendable by a further two years, with a 10% annual increase in license fee. Parties having outstanding dues or involved in litigation against Pakistan Railways are not eligible. This procurement relates to restaurant operations, food service, catering, dining facility, food court, fast food outlet, commercial concession, hospitality services and station food business, helping experienced operators identify this licensing opportunity through commonly used industry terminology while remaining consistent with the advertised scope.
