Supply Of Faq Wheat For District Jail Lahore Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of Fair Average Quality (FAQ) wheat free from weevils, insects and foreign impurities for District Jail Lahore for the financial year 2026-27 covering the contract period from 21-07-2026 to 04-09-2026. The estimated quantity is 180,000 kilograms with an estimated cost of Rs. 19,800,000 and bid security of Rs. 396,000. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 Rule 38(1) using the e-procurement process. Technical and Financial Proposals shall be uploaded online and the original bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) must be submitted before the bid submission deadline, failing which the bid shall be declared non-responsive. Electronic bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bidders must be registered with EPADS and provide financial proposals, technical proposals, three years bank statement, practical work experience, details of similar works completed during the previous three years and all required supporting documents. The successful bidder shall execute a written agreement within seven days of acceptance and furnish a Performance Guarantee equal to 2% of the total contract value under PPRA Rule 56. Wheat shall comply with the Pakistan Pure Food Rules 1965 as amended in 2011 and the Punjab Pure Food Rules 2011. This procurement covers wheat supply, food grain procurement, cereal supply, FAQ wheat, prison food supply, bulk food commodities and government food procurement using terminology directly related to the advertised requirement.
