Contractual Outsourced Manpower Services Prequalification Tender Notice
Description
Pre-qualification of financially sound and experienced firms for provision of contractual and outsourced manpower services including recruitment, payroll administration and management of contract staff for the financial year 2026-27. Electronic bids are invited from firms registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS only and manual bids shall not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. This pre-qualification covers manpower outsourcing, staffing services, human resource management, recruitment services, payroll processing, contract staffing and workforce management using procurement terminology directly related to the advertised services.
