Procurement Wooden Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of wooden items. Electronic bids are invited from suppliers registered with PPRA for e-Procurement on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), having Income Tax and Sales Tax registration and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Electronic bids must be accompanied by a bid security of PKR 69,000 in the form of Call Deposit, Demand Draft or Payment Order, with the scanned copy uploaded on EPADS and the original submitted before the bid submission deadline, otherwise the bid shall be rejected. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened publicly at 11:30 AM on the same day. If the bid opening date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time.
