Disposal Shredded Waste Material Currency Notes Tender Notice
Description
Disposal of shredded waste material of currency notes for an estimated annual quantity of 415,000 kilograms for a period of one year. Sealed bids are invited from eligible bidders registered with relevant tax authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR. Bidding documents are available free of cost upon email request or download from the official website. A refundable security deposit at the rate of Rs. 10 per kilogram amounting to Rs. 4.15 million is required in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 02 June 2026 at 11:30 AM. Hard copy bids must be submitted in person or by post and will be opened at 03:30 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives.
