Disposal Miscellaneous Wooden Items Tender Notice
Description
Disposal of unserviceable miscellaneous wooden items on an 'As is Where is' basis. Interested tax filer bidders may inspect the items on working days between 10:00 AM and 04:00 PM. Sealed offers are invited. Bidding documents are available upon submission of a written request with CNIC copy and payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500 through Bank Draft or Pay Order. Gate money or bid security of Rs. 25,000 in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft is mandatory and bids without the required security shall be rejected. The successful bidder shall deposit 100% of the accepted bid amount and remove the items within ten days of issuance of the Notification of Award. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Pro Tip: This disposal includes miscellaneous wooden items, wooden furniture, scrap wooden materials and surplus wooden assets available for public auction under competitive bidding procedures.
