Supply Drinking Mineral Bottled Water Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for the supply of drinking mineral and bottled water. Electronic bids are invited from suppliers, contractors and service providers registered with PPRA for e-Procurement on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), having Income Tax and Sales Tax registration and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. The procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bidders must submit electronic bids through EPADS accompanied by a bid security of Rs. 50,000 in the form of Call Deposit, Demand Draft or Payment Order, upload the scanned copy on EPADS, and submit the original bid security to the procuring agency before the bid submission closing time, otherwise the bid shall be rejected. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
