General Support Services North Cluster Offices Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of general support services comprising floor management services, fleet management services and maintenance support services for North Cluster Offices at Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Peshawar, Muzaffarabad and Dera Ismail Khan. Interested bidders may participate in one or all packages and each package shall be evaluated and awarded separately. Electronic bids are invited from eligible bidders registered with relevant tax authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 02 June 2026 at 11:00 AM through Zoom Meeting Application. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS. Bid securities are Rs. 28,000 for Package 1, Rs. 12,000 for Package 2 and Rs. 132,000 for Package 3. Original bid security in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, Deposit at Call or Bank Guarantee must reach before the submission deadline and scanned copies shall be uploaded through EPADS. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Pro Tip: This procurement includes floor management, facility management, fleet management, maintenance support, office support services, institutional maintenance and operational support services.
