Procurement of CCTV surveillance system. Electronic bids are invited from suppliers registered with PPRA for e-Procurement on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), having Income Tax and Sales Tax registration and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Procurement shall be conducted under Rule 36(b) Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure of the Public Procurement Rules 2004. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 28 April 2026 at 11:00 AM through the Webex Meeting application. Electronic bids must be accompanied by a bid security of PKR 1,000,000 in the form of Call Deposit, Demand Draft or Payment Order with the scanned copy uploaded on EPADS and the original submitted before the bid submission deadline. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Pro Tip: This procurement includes CCTV system, surveillance cameras, video surveillance, security cameras, monitoring systems and CCTV infrastructure through the EPADS electronic procurement process.
