Procurement Sms Gateway Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of SMS gateway services for a period of three years. Electronic bids are invited from eligible bidders registered with relevant tax authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR. Bidding documents are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). A pre-bid meeting will be held on 23 April 2026 at 11:00 AM through the Zoom Meeting application. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Manual bids shall not be accepted. A bid security of Rs. 400,000 in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, Deposit at Call or Bank Guarantee is required. The scanned copy shall be uploaded through EPADS and the original must reach the procuring agency before the submission deadline, otherwise the bid shall be rejected.
