Horse Feed Mounted Police Supply Tender Notice
Description
Procure feed for 34 horses for the financial year 2026-27. Bids are invited from experienced, financially sound firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities. Bids shall be submitted through e-PADS under the Single Stage-One Envelope procurement procedure in accordance with Rule 38(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The technical proposal shall include item specifications, manufacturer authorization certificate, latest sales tax return, NTN and professional tax certificates. The financial proposal shall include quoted rates inclusive of all applicable taxes. Bid security equal to 5 percent of the estimated cost in the form of a pay order or bank draft issued by a scheduled bank is mandatory. Technical and financial proposals will be opened at 11:30 AM, and bidders shall bring product samples and an authority letter at the time of opening. Financial proposals of technically non-responsive bidders will remain unopened. The successful bidder shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 5 percent. Approved rates shall remain valid until 30-06-2027.
