Construct a precast wall from Gate No. 2 towards the rest house for barricading the colony and construct Main Gate No. 1 dedicated for Chinese residents at the residential colony of TPS Guddu under two sections. Bids shall be submitted under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procurement procedure requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Bid security of 1,155,247.00 and bid validity of 90 days are required. Bids will be opened at 02:30 PM.
