Independence Day Branding Illumination Campaign Tender Notice
Description
Expressions of Interest are invited for Independence Day branding, illumination and beautification activities including installation of portraits of national heroes, patriotic cut-outs, banners, streamers, decorative structures, green and white illumination of roads, parks, flyovers, roundabouts and public spaces, Independence Day themed branding, approved corporate branding and sponsorship material and organization of fireworks subject to statutory approvals. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure. Interested firms shall submit company profile, NTN certificate, relevant experience, CNIC of authorized representative, non-blacklisting affidavit and authorization letter where applicable. Preference shall be given to the highest sponsorship offer of at least Rs.550,000 along with the most technically suitable proposal. Pro Tip: The campaign includes public event branding, decorative lighting, urban beautification, outdoor advertising, patriotic displays, event management, sponsorship branding and public space illumination for Independence Day celebrations.
