Framework Contracts For Police Supplies Vehicles And Buildin Tender Notice

Framework contracts for purchase of stationery and computer stationery items - repair and renovation of police buildings - repair of police vehicles including tyres, tubes, batteries, spare parts, filters and lubricants - miscellaneous store items including electronic and electrical items, sanitary supplies, cleaning articles, dietary articles, crockery, sports items, fingerprint items, water filter cartridges, IT equipment, tents, barriers, protective equipment, furniture, air conditioners, UPS, water dispensers, coolers, beds, cupboards, safes, printing items and repair of machinery, equipment and office furniture. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms registered with relevant tax authorities may participate. Separate technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically. Original bid security equal to 2 percent of the estimated package value shall be submitted before bid opening and the successful bidder shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 10 percent of the contract value. Technical samples where required shall be submitted after bid opening.
