Revamping Upgradation Halls Art Gallery Tender Notice

Construction works for revamping and upgradation of halls and the art gallery of Lahore Art Council (Alhamra). Procurement shall be carried out through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Eligible contractors enlisted and renewed with PEC in Category C4 or above possessing specialization codes CE10 and EE04 may participate. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Bidders shall submit technical and financial proposals electronically and furnish earnest money equal to 5 percent of the estimated cost through CDR, bank draft or cashier's cheque before bid closing. Technical bids shall be opened first and financial bids of qualified bidders shall be opened later through EPADS. Pro Tip: The project covers civil works, building renovation, infrastructure improvement, public building rehabilitation, architectural upgrading, structural improvement and electrical construction activities for a government cultural facility.
