Security Services Guards Security Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Provide security services for shrines, mosques, imambargahs and offices including 21 security guards with licensed weapons, walk-through gates and metal detectors for a period of one year. Bidders must be licensed and registered private security companies holding valid training certificates approved by the Home Department, Government of Punjab, and registered with the Punjab Revenue Authority and other relevant authorities. Bids shall be submitted through the PPRA e-PADS e-tendering system using the single stage two envelope procedure comprising separate technical and financial proposals. Technical proposals shall be evaluated first and only responsive bidders meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria shall have their financial bids opened. Bid security equal to 5 percent of the estimated 12-month contract value shall be submitted by pay order one hour before bid opening, while the successful bidder shall furnish a performance security equal to 10 percent of the contract value.
