Enhance urban infrastructure through construction works including PCC carpet road development tuff tile sewerage installation and boundary wall construction in Gajjumata Jhuggian Amerpura adjoining abadies PP 164 NA 123 Lahore - Jodhoheer Kayal adjoining abadies PP 164 NA 123 Lahore - Pandoki adjoining abadies PP 164 NA 123 Lahore - Sue Asal Road adjoining abadies PP 164 NA 123 Lahore - Jia Bagga Janjatay adjoining abadies NA 124 Lahore - Khana Nepal Rakh Ararian adjoining abadies NA 124 Lahore - Sadhoke and adjoining abadies NA 124 Lahore - Janazgah in Tehanty and adjoining abadies NA 124 Lahore - UC 230 and UC 231 NA 124 Lahore including PCC carpet road works tuff tile sewerage works and boundary wall construction works executed under single stage two envelope procedure with participation through e tendering system EPADS by engineering firms contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council having valid PEC license category C 5 and above with active filer NTN and PNTN and submission of technical and financial proposals through EPADS with bid security equal to five percent of estimated cost in the form of bank guarantee and submission of original bid security before deadline while conditional bids will not be accepted and procurement procedure shall be adopted strictly in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 amended up to date
