Medical Stores Hospital Support Services Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes security guard services - uniforms and protective clothing - miscellaneous small items - janitorial and cleaning services - patient diet services - medical and laboratory items - general consumables - life saving medical supplies - repair of transport - repair of machinery and equipment - repair of furniture and fixtures - local emergency purchase of medicines and drugs - medicines, drugs and surgical items under Zakat Fund and Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal. Electronic bids shall be submitted only through the EPADS system using Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Bid opening will take place at 11:00 AM after bid submission closing at 10:00 AM. Bidders must be registered on EPADS and be active taxpayers on FBR/SRB as applicable. Original tender fee of Rs.3,000 and bid security equal to 2% of the bid price must reach the procuring agency before the bid submission deadline. Bid validity shall remain valid for 90 days from the date of bid opening.
