Description
Procurement includes general stationery articles and printing material - furniture articles - electrical material - sports material - hiring of buses for pick and drop services - hiring of security services. Electronic sealed bids are invited from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, suppliers, firms, companies and service providers through the SPPRA E-PADS Portal under open competitive bidding using single stage one envelope and single stage two envelope procedures as applicable. Bid security shall be 2% of the quoted bid price and performance security shall be 5% of the contract price. Bidding documents require payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs.5,000 for each tender. Technical and financial bid openings are scheduled between 10:30 AM and 3:30 PM according to the respective procurement package. Eligible bidders must possess valid NTN, active FBR income tax registration, active SRB/FBR sales tax registration where applicable, active ATL status, relevant experience, purchase orders, work orders, completion and performance certificates, required average annual turnover, audited financial statements, bank statements, affidavit regarding non-blacklisting and litigation, and adequate financial capability, technical resources and qualified manpower. Original bid security and tender fee must be submitted before bid closing.
