Security And Janitorial Services Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of security and janitorial services. Procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage - Two Envelope bidding procedure. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS). Manual submissions shall not be entertained. Only eligible firms registered on E-PADS may participate. Bids must be duly completed, signed and stamped in accordance with the bidding documents. Technical and financial bids will be opened at 11:30 A.M. on the same day after bid submission. This procurement covers security guarding, watch and ward, janitorial, housekeeping, cleaning, sanitation, facility management and support services under a framework contract for institutional operations.
