Repair And Maintenance Of Air Conditioning Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of repair and maintenance of air conditioning services including missing and new installation of AC systems at 33 District Headquarters Hospitals, 140 Tehsil Headquarters Hospitals, 323 Rural Health Centers and 2503 Basic Health Units as required during the contract period. Procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage - Two Envelope bidding procedure. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) only. Manual submissions shall not be entertained. Bids must be duly completed, signed and stamped in accordance with the bidding documents and eligible firms registered on E-PADS may participate. Technical and financial bids will be opened at 11:30 A.M. on the same day after bid submission. This procurement covers AC repair, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, servicing, installation, replacement and HVAC support services for healthcare facilities. Contractors providing air conditioning maintenance, HVAC servicing, cooling system repair and installation services may find this framework procurement relevant for long-term maintenance requirements.
