Photocopier Machine Supply Tender Notice
Description
Procure a photocopier machine through the Single Stage-One Envelope procurement procedure. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS and the original copy of the bid together with the Bid Security Declaration and tender document fee of Rs.500 in the form of BG, CDR or PO shall be submitted to the specified procurement office before the closing time. The tender enquiry number and tender closing and opening time shall be clearly mentioned on the tender envelope. No bid security amount is required and bids shall remain valid for 60 days. Bids will be opened at the prescribed opening time.
