Health Insurance Services Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of health insurance services from SECP registered reputable health insurance companies duly registered with FBR and SRB having AA or equivalent rating of PACRA/JCR-VIS and listed as active taxpayers of FBR. Tender documents may be obtained upon written request with copies of NTN and Sindh Sales Tax Registration Certificate along with a non-refundable pay order of Rs. 5,000. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of pay order or bank draft amounting to Rs. 750,000. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted under the Single Stage Two Envelopes Procedure. Complete bids will be opened at 1500 hours on the bid opening date. Procurement shall be carried out under the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2025).
