Janitorial Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of janitorial services for the financial year 2026-2027 under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with SPPRA Rules 2010 (as amended). Eligible bidders must be listed on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR and submit electronic bids only through EPADS. Tender documents are available against a non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000. Original proof of tender fee payment and bid security amounting to 25% of the tender value in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft must be submitted in a sealed envelope before the bid submission deadline. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the opening date. In case of a public holiday or unforeseen circumstances, bids will be submitted and opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
