Mosque Rehabilitation Improvement And Solarization Works Tender Notice
Description
Improvement, rehabilitation and solarization works for Jamia Masjid Abu Zar Ghafari located at Jaag Road Aslam Dheri Umar Abad including all associated civil, electrical and solar works as per approved scope. Bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using E-PADS. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and enlisted with the Communication & Works Department. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted in separate sealed envelopes through courier while electronic rates shall be uploaded through E-PADS. Bid security of 2% in the form of Call Deposit Receipt and bidding entry fee are mandatory with additional security where applicable under KPPRA rules. Financial bids shall be opened at 12:30 PM. Pro Tip: The procurement includes mosque rehabilitation, building renovation, solarization, photovoltaic system installation, civil works, electrical works, building improvement, restoration, public building construction and renewable energy infrastructure.
