Streets Community Centres Water Supply Schemes Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of civil works including - construction of PCC streets at various locations - construction of community centres - provision of DWSS hand pumps - provision of DWSS solar based pressure pumps - construction of boundary walls under the approved development programme. Bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure via EPADS. Eligible bidders must be government contractors registered with PEC, enlisted with the C&W Department, registered with KPRA and active taxpayers. Bid security shall be 2% in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) with additional security where applicable according to KPPRA rules. Original bidding documents and bid securities must be submitted through courier while scanned documents shall be uploaded on EPADS. Rates may be quoted above, below or at par with the engineer estimate. Electronic bids will be opened at 02:00 PM and remain valid for 120 days.
