Community Centre Building Construction Tender Notice
Description
Construction of a community centre at Shanawa Godi Khel Tehsil Takht-E-Nasrati under the Karak Area Development Program on MRS-2025. Bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure using EPADS. Eligible bidders must be government contractors registered with PEC, enlisted with the C&W Department, registered with KPRA and active taxpayers. Bid security of 2% with additional security where applicable shall be submitted in favour of the Assistant Director (Senior). Original bid security must be delivered through courier while bid documents shall be uploaded through EPADS. Online clarification is available up to 21-07-2026 at 05:00 PM. Electronic bids will be opened at 01:00 PM and remain valid for 90 days.
