Supply Of Food Stationery Medicines And Campus Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of multiple annual supply and service contracts including packed milk, fresh milk, curd, bread, butter, confectionery, meat, mutton, fish, chicken, eggs, fresh fruits, vegetables, dry ration, cooking oil, tea, rice, jam, pulses, spices, tandoor products, crockery, sanitary items, paint, distemper, electrical items, printing and office stationery, hardware, carpentry works, medicines, bhoosa, chana, barley, husk, DSR store, school uniforms, tuck shop, general store, barber shop and lease of dairy farm building. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through EPADS. Eligible firms shall be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and KPRA and appear on the Active Taxpayer Lists. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee is mandatory. Bid proposals shall be submitted through EPADS while original bid security together with an affidavit shall be submitted at the time of bid opening. BSD fee of Rs.2,000 is required. Bids will be opened at 11:00 AM.
