Fabrication Of Solid Waste Management Machinery Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and fabrication of solid waste management machinery including mini tipper dumper, mini tipper encroachment sanitation unit, front end loader with backhoe and sunshade, and hydraulic tipping trolley with pintle hook and sunshade using departmental chassis and tractors. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure comprising technical and financial bids under KPPRA Rules. Eligible bidders shall be manufacturers or fabricators registered with NTN and GST and maintaining sales, service and spare parts facilities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Technical and financial bids shall be uploaded through EPADS and physically submitted through registered mail. Bid security equal to 2% of the total bid price in the form of original Call Deposit Receipt shall accompany the technical bid. Technical bids will be opened at 12:30 PM while financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later after notification. Rates shall be quoted on FOR basis and the successful bidder shall provide a one-year comprehensive warranty and operational training.
