Bulk Sms Api Gateway Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of Bulk SMS API Gateway Services including transactional SMS and promotional or bulk SMS messaging under a framework agreement. The estimated monthly consumption is approximately 100,000 SMS, subject to actual requirements, and bidders shall quote firm per SMS rates separately for transactional and promotional categories. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA Rules. The framework agreement shall remain valid for one year and may be extended for two additional one-year periods subject to satisfactory performance and budget availability. Proposals shall be submitted electronically through EPADS with all mandatory documents and bid security. Original bid security of Rs.500,000 in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft or Banker's Cheque shall be submitted physically before bid closing. Technical and financial proposals will be opened at 02:30 PM.
