Construction Of Community Infrastructure And Road Works Tender Notice
Description
Construction and development works including provision of missing facilities in mosque and madrassa, construction and pavement of streets, drains, culverts, retaining walls and protection walls, construction of PCC road and construction of a Janazgah under the Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiatives programme. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through EPADS based on MRS-2025 First Bi-Annual and Non-MRS items. Eligible contractors must possess a valid PEC licence, Local Council Board registration, KPRA registration, active NTN and submit original Call Deposit Receipt with additional security and detailed rate analysis where applicable. Bids shall be submitted through registered courier service and opened at 02:00 PM. Work orders shall be issued subject to availability of funds.
