Global Virtual Schools It Equipment Installation Tender Notice

Elementary and Secondary Education Foundation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids through EPADS from manufacturers or their authorized dealers for procurement and installation of IT equipment and allied accessories for Global Virtual Schools under National Competitive Bidding using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. Interested bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax and appearing on the FBR Active Taxpayer List may download bidding documents from EPADS. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 14-07-2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on 23-07-2026 at 03:00 PM. Bid security equal to 2% of the quoted value is mandatory in the form of CDR, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Bankers Cheque. Pro Tip: Suitable for IT equipment suppliers, computer manufacturers, networking companies, smart classroom solution providers, educational technology firms and authorized computer dealers.
