Consultancy Services For Solarization Of Water Supply Scheme Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of consultancy services for survey, feasibility study, design, design review and construction supervision for the solarization of water supply schemes under the Peshawar Revitalization Plan through the Quality and Cost Based Selection method using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible consultants shall be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council, KPRA and FBR and possess the relevant specialization codes specified in the Request for Proposal. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted electronically through EPADS. Consultants shall upload a bid declaration certificate confirming submission of a 10% performance security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee upon award. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 13-07-2026 at 12:00 PM. Technical proposals will be opened at 11:30 AM while financial proposals of technically qualified consultants will be opened on a later notified date.
