Ball Point Pens Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of 55,000 ball point pens through the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure using E-PADS. Eligible bidders shall be registered with KPRA, Income Tax, Sales Tax and Excise and Taxation Department and appear on the Active Taxpayer Lists of FBR and KPRA. Electronic bids shall be submitted through E-PADS together with scanned bid security equal to 2% in the form of Call Deposit Receipt in favour of the Treasurer. Original bid security together with the company letterhead shall be submitted before the submission deadline. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 08-07-2026 at 11:00 AM. Electronic bids shall be opened at 11:30 AM. Pro Tip: The procurement covers ball point pens, writing instruments, office supplies, educational stationery, institutional stationery, classroom supplies and bulk stationery procurement.
