Vehicle Spare Parts Repair Services Procurement Tender Notice

Electronic tenders are invited from registered firms for the supply of vehicle spare parts and repair services for City Traffic Police Peshawar for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement includes tyres, batteries, shock absorbers, brake liners, diesel filters, air filters, clutch plates, engine overhaul, denting, painting and other spare parts for Toyota Revo Double Cabin, Toyota Double Cabin Pickup, Toyota Single Cabin Pickup, Hiace Ambulance, Toyota Corolla, Tow Van, Suzuki Cultus, Hino Truck, Forklifter, Suzuki 250 CC motorcycles, Honda 250 CC motorcycles, Honda 150 CC motorcycles, Honda 125 CC motorcycles and heavy generators. Interested firms shall submit bids electronically through E-PADS by 2026-07-27 and bids shall be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of participating firms. Detailed bid solicitation documents and the complete list of required spare parts may be obtained from the MTO office during office hours. Each bid shall be accompanied by two bank drafts as bid security in the name of the Chief Traffic Officer Peshawar. Sales tax and income tax shall be deducted in accordance with government rules. Incomplete tenders may be rejected under KPPRA Rules 2014. Blacklisted firms are not eligible to participate. Contractors shall provide valid sales tax, income tax and KPRA registration certificates. Approved rates shall remain valid until 2027-06-30 and the successful contractor shall continue repair and maintenance services without interruption throughout the contract period.
