Supply of quality fresh and dry ration on a daily basis for the financial year 2026-2027 to the Drug Rehabilitation Centre, Welfare Home and Panagah operating under the Department of Social Welfare, Special Education and Women Empowerment, District Charsadda. Electronic tenders are invited from firms registered on the EPAD e-procurement system. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Online bids shall be submitted through EPAD by 2026-07-22 at 11:00 AM and opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidder representatives and the procurement committee. Tender documents and ration lists may be downloaded through EPAD. Only firms registered under a federal or provincial registration law, registered for income tax and sales tax, and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List are eligible. A call deposit of PKR 1,500,000 issued by a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned shall be uploaded on EPAD and the original CDR must be submitted before bid opening. All applicable taxes shall be deducted under the prevailing laws. Firms must have relevant experience in successfully supplying ration to a government institution and provide documentary proof. All documents shall be uploaded through the EPAD portal, clearly visible and properly page numbered. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all tenders under KPPRA Rules 2014 for valid reasons.
