Vehicle Repair Engine Overhauling Batteries Tyres Tender Notice

Description

Sealed quotations are invited for the repair and maintenance of all official vehicles of the Investigation Unit District Buner for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement includes engine overhauling, general vehicle repairs, replacement of batteries, tyres, tubes and other spare parts. Sealed quotations shall be submitted to the office of the undersigned by 2026-07-24 at 10:00 AM and shall be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of quotation submitters. Detailed specifications of vehicle repairs and required spare parts may be obtained from the office during working hours from the date of publication until the quotation opening date upon submission of a request on the dealer's letterhead. Approved rates shall remain valid until 2027-07-30. Preference shall be given to dealers registered for sales tax and holding vendor numbers. Where sales tax and income tax registration is not provided, all applicable taxes shall be deducted from bills. Interested dealers shall submit earnest money equal to 2 percent of the quoted amount in the form of a pay order or bank draft in the name of Superintendent of Police Investigation Buner. The successful dealer shall execute an agreement on a PKR 100 stamp paper and deposit a security equal to 10 percent of the contract value. Payment shall be made after completion of work, inspection and approval of bills. The successful dealer shall return all replaced condemned and unserviceable spare parts. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation with reasons.
