Vehicle Repair Engine Overhauling And Spare Parts Tender Notice
Description
Open tender for repair and maintenance of official vehicles including engine overhauling, replacement of batteries, tyres, tubes and other spare parts. Interested dealers shall submit sealed quotations. Quotations shall be opened in the presence of participating bidders. Detailed specifications of vehicles, repair works and spare parts may be obtained from the procuring office during office hours upon submission of a request on the dealer's letterhead. Rates shall remain valid until 2027-07-30. Preference shall be given to dealers registered for sales tax and holding vendor numbers. Dealers not providing sales tax and income tax registration shall be subject to deduction of applicable taxes from their bills. Earnest money equal to 2 percent of the quoted amount shall be submitted in the form of a pay order or bank draft. The successful bidder shall execute an agreement on PKR 100 stamp paper and deposit a security equal to 10 percent of the contract value. Payment shall be made after completion of work, inspection and approval of bills. Replaced condemned and unserviceable spare parts shall be returned. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender.
