Construction Dismantling Exhibition Pavilion Booths Tender Notice
Description
Construction and dismantling of the Pakistan Pavilion including 48 exhibition booths measuring 10 x 10 feet each for MAGIC Las Vegas 2026 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Procurement shall be conducted through a single stage-one envelope procedure. Proposals or quotations may be submitted in sealed envelopes or through electronic submission. Bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM. Bid security is not required and bid validity is 60 days. Pro Tip: The procurement includes exhibition booth construction, pavilion construction, exhibition stand fabrication, trade fair booth installation, booth dismantling, event infrastructure and exhibition services for an international trade exhibition.
