Land Procurement Nadra Offices Lahore Region Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of open plots for establishment of NADRA offices in the Lahore Region. Procurement shall be conducted through a single stage-two envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection technique. Eligible bidders are required to submit electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 only. Separate technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically. Manual bids will not be entertained. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0. Bids shall be accompanied by the prescribed bid security or bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM. Bid security is PKR 10,000 and bid validity is 180 days. Pro Tip: The procurement covers land acquisition, open plots, commercial land, institutional land, property procurement, real estate acquisition and land purchase for public sector office establishment.
