Office Equipment Maintenance Services Prequalification Tender Notice
Description
Applications are invited for prequalification of authorized service providers, workshops, firms and contractors for repair and maintenance of computers, printers, photocopiers, fax machines, furniture, software, machinery equipment, light refreshment and other office services for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through a single stage-one envelope procedure. Tender documents are available on payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 10,000. Bids shall be submitted through EPADS. Bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM. No bid security is required. Pro Tip: The procurement covers office equipment maintenance, computer repair, printer servicing, photocopier maintenance, furniture repair, software support, office machinery maintenance and facility support services.
