Description

Procure MICR red bleed ribbons through EPADS using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Electronic bids shall include separate technical and financial bid portions. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security of PKR 708,000.00 is required in the form of pay order, demand draft, unconditional bank guarantee or eligible insurance guarantee. A scanned copy of the bid security shall be uploaded through EPADS while the original must reach the purchase department before the bid submission deadline. Bidders shall sign and stamp all required pages, submit required samples where applicable and comply with the tender document. Conditional or incomplete bids will not be considered. Bids will be evaluated technically according to specifications, BOQ and tender requirements and opened at 11:30 AM. Pro Tip: This procurement covers MICR ribbons, magnetic ink character recognition printing consumables, secure printing supplies, banking print consumables and specialized printer ribbons for security printing applications.
