Financial Advisory Services Privatisation Transaction Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of a financial advisor to provide financial advisory services for the privatisation transaction of State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan. Technical and financial proposals are invited from interested parties acting individually or as a consortium with relevant transaction experience. Proposals shall be submitted by email and courier along with one original and five copies of technical and financial proposals and a non-refundable processing fee of USD 1,000. The request for proposal package contains terms of reference, evaluation criteria and draft financial advisory services agreement.
