Flood Relief Food Non Food Suppliers Prequalification Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of firms, vendors and contractors at district level for procurement and supply of food and non-food items for flood and monsoon response during 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Estimated cost is PKR 10,000,000. Refundable bid security of PKR 200,000 in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order is mandatory. Original bid security and technical bid must be submitted before the electronic submission deadline. Successful bidders shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract amount before issuance of supply orders. Electronic bids will be opened at 12:00 PM on the same day.
