Annual Maintenance And Support Services For Data Center Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of annual maintenance and 24/7 support services for the data center at Directorate General Immigration and Passports Headquarters Islamabad including spare parts and consumables. Procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and the relevant Provincial Revenue Authority and be listed on the Active Taxpayers List. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost amounting to PKR 3,360,000 in the form of Bank Guarantee, Banker's Cheque, Pay Order or Bank Draft is mandatory. Tender fee is PKR 5,000. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted separately and only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial bid opening. Technical proposals will be opened at 03:30 PM on the same day.
