Solar Street Lights Water Reservoir Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement comprises installation of solar street lights, home solar systems and PCC streets in Tehsil Balanari Dhadar District Kachhi, and construction of a water reservoir with installation of street lights and home solar systems in Tehsil Sunni District Kachhi. Procurement shall be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure through electronic bidding. Tender fee is PKR 2,000 and bid security is 3% for each work, while bids must be accompanied by a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call of 2% as specified. Eligible bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List, registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority, have completed three similar assignments, minimum turnover of PKR 31,500,000 during the previous two years, PEC registration, recent audit report, machinery details, bank statements and other prescribed qualification documents. Electronic bids shall be opened at 01:00 PM on the same day.
