Heavy Duty Cargo Trucks Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of heavy-duty cargo trucks for NATCO freight operations on Gilgit-Baltistan domestic routes and the Pakistan-China Cross-Border KKH CPEC Corridor. Procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Tender fee is PKR 10,000. Bid security equivalent to 5% of the total bid value in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft or Bank Guarantee is mandatory. Eligible bidders include manufacturers, authorized dealers, importers, distributors, suppliers and international manufacturers through authorized local representatives. Bidders must possess valid NTN, GST, SECP registration, manufacturer authorization or dealership certificate, minimum ten years experience in heavy commercial vehicles, supply of at least 200 heavy-duty trucks to government or semi-government organizations during the last five years, average annual turnover of PKR 1.5 billion during the last three financial years, audited financial statements and bank solvency certificate. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted separately and only bidders obtaining at least 75 marks in technical evaluation shall qualify for financial bid opening.
