Framework Agreement Medicines Health Units Supply Tender Notice
Description
Execution of a framework agreement for the supply of medicines to all WAPDA health units. Procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Only prequalified bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, listed on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR and acting as manufacturers or sole distributors or importers of pharmaceutical items registered under the Drugs Act 1976 are eligible. Bid security of PKR 500,000 in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft or Bank Guarantee is mandatory. Tender fee is PKR 1,000 for obtaining hard copy bidding documents. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
