Description
Framework contracts for the financial year 2026-27 covering rental services for exhibitions, fairs and national celebration events, supply printing transportation installation and removal of panaflexes, streamers, banners, pamphlets and publicity material, procurement of stationery material and photocopying, printing, scanning, binding of guard files and allied documentation services. Procurement shall be conducted through Punjab e-PADS using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bid security shall be furnished as specified for each lot in the form of CDR, Bank Draft or Pay Order and the original instrument must be submitted before bid submission. Electronic bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the same day.
